A little help.

I’m building afterstride. with a small group of athletes. If something gets in your way, I want to hear about it.

Include your app version from Profile, what you expected, and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, connection keys, or private health records in a DM.

Joining the beta

Send “beta” to @joshuaweavermotion. Access is free and by invitation. I’ll confirm when your place is ready and help you install through TestFlight. Creating a sign-in alone does not grant access.

A workout hasn’t arrived

Open Profile, then Connections & sync. Check the connection and tap Sync app now. The app also requests a check when you open it. Background checks can take a few minutes, and provider delays can take longer.

Hevy needs your own Hevy Pro API key. Apple Health access is optional and currently supplies private coaching context, not Studio images. Personal Garmin connections are still being prepared for invited accounts. A workout visible in Garmin Connect will not import into an account that does not yet have a Garmin connection.

Making an image

Choose a recorded workout in Studio, add your photo, and choose a look. Image creation can take a few minutes. Your original photo stays unchanged, and your result stays private until you choose to share it.

Once it’s ready, use Edit text to change the words and move the activity label or stats. Copy caption copies the caption; Share image opens your iPhone’s sharing options. afterstride. does not post to your accounts automatically.

Your data and account

In Profile, Connections & sync lets you manage source access. In Apple Health settings, turn off uploads before deleting imported Health data. To delete an invited beta account and its saved work, use Profile → Delete account.

If you cannot sign in or cannot find the deletion control, contact me for help. I’ll verify the account before changing or removing anything. Disconnecting a source does not delete workouts already imported. Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account.
